Aratell Audio products are inspected throughout the manufacturing process and individually tested before final packaging. This product is guaranteed for a period of 3 (three) months from the date of issue of the manufacturer's invoice. To activate the warranty, contact the factory through our service channels: Telephone: (11) 2603-3366 or e-mail: contato.audio@aratell.com.br. After authorization, send the product properly packed together with the Invoice. Once confirmed, the defect will be repaired and the product sent back to the customer at no additional cost. The warranty will be void if it is found: any tampering with the product, services performed by unauthorized persons and/or use of any non-original material. The warranty will not cover any damage caused by improper installation or misuse of the product, which could cause burning or deformation of the moving coil or other parts of the product.
THE PRODUCT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY, if in the analysis it is found the occurrence of:
a) Defects such as torn, perforated or wet cone; bent or crushed carcass; moving coil burned from improper use or out of specification.
b) Evidence of modifications or repairs carried out by an unauthorized company or person;
c) The use of chemical products in the components of the Loudspeaker has been verified;
d) Loudspeaker burning is identified due to the use of amplifiers (power modules) that do not have a protection circuit against battery voltage drop.
The warranty, hereby granted, only covers the repair or replacement of the product or similar, not making Aratell Audio liable, however, for the payment of any indemnity, in any capacity.
